All examinations require an appointment.
Walk-in patients are not accepted.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US:
1.
Wear a mask – wear it properly.
2.
Do not wear a face shield until we have taken your temperature.
3.
Do not wear gloves upon entry, we need you to sanitize your hands.
4.
Come alone and come early to register.
5.
Complete the requisition in advance even if you have a file with us.
6.
Be prepared for unexpected delays.
7.
Maintain 6 feet distance from other patients.
