We will gradually resume OBSP, with priority given to 1-year screening and overdue clients. Ensuring the safety of our patients and our healthcare staff is an integral part of the re-opening process. We are eager to service the community to the best of our capability and to welcome our returning patients. The following COVID-19 safety precautions are upheld to ensure you have a safe and comfortable experience while under our care:

  • Reopening guidelines for staff and patients as suggested by the provincial government.

  • Reduced hours of operations until such time it is deemed safe to resume regular hours. Current operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm.

  • Limiting the number of patients in the clinic.

  • Patients are screened over the phone and upon arrival with standard questions regarding COVID-19.

  • Staff members are required to wear masks and appropriate PPE.

  • Visitors are asked to sanitize their hands and undergo a temperature check when entering our facility.

  • Visitors and patients at our facility are asked to bring and wear their own mask.

  • Distancing measures are in place with ample signage/decals marking seating restrictions and wait line queues.

  • Protective shields have been installed at the reception desk to protect visitors and staff.

  • Waiting room seating will be assigned to patients only; family members will not be permitted into the technical work areas unless patients require translation or mobility assistance.

  • Change rooms and examination rooms are sanitized after each patient.

  • Health and Safety Regulation Compliance guidelines are in place in the event of a positive COVID-19 incident.

  • Contactless registration by ensuring patients bring a completed requisition (ie.name, address, phone, health card number, etc.) prior to their appointment; and having patients bring their own bag to hold their clothing/belongings.

We thank you in advance for your continued support and patience. Stay safe and we look forward to serving you soon!
